ProPi System Analyzer (“ProPi”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a professional audio measurement and sound system analysis application developed by Do Anh Viet.

This Privacy Policy explains what information ProPi may access, collect, use, and process when you use the application.

1. Microphone Access

ProPi requires access to the device microphone in order to perform audio measurement and analysis functions, including:

Real-Time Analyzer (RTA)
Frequency response measurement
Phase measurement
Transfer-function analysis
Impulse response measurement
SPL measurement
Delay and system alignment

Microphone audio is used for audio analysis and measurement within the application.

ProPi does not use the microphone for advertising, user profiling, or behavioral tracking.

2. Camera Access

ProPi may include frameworks or system APIs that reference camera functionality.

The current version of ProPi does not use the camera for advertising, tracking, facial recognition, or user profiling.

If a ProPi feature requires visual input in the future, the app may request camera permission before that feature can be used.

ProPi will not access the camera without the user’s permission.

3. Local Network Access

ProPi may request access to the local network for features involving local communication, device discovery, remote control, or communication with compatible devices and services on the same network.

Local network access is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Device and License Information

To provide software licensing, activation, security, and fraud prevention, ProPi may process limited technical information such as:

Device-specific or application-generated identifier
License activation status
Technical information necessary to validate the license

This information is used only for software activation, license verification, security, troubleshooting, and providing access to authorized users.
